Things to do in Albufeira with kids

Albufeira is one of the best places in the Algarve for a holiday with children: sandy beaches, water parks less than half an hour away and plenty to do outdoors. And when the little ones are tired, your private pool is waiting back at the villa.

Water parks and animals

Zoomarine

A marine park about 20 minutes away by car, with shows, aquariums, pools and rides. It makes a full day out and is a favourite with the families who stay with us.

Aquashow and Slide & Splash

On the hottest days, the water parks are guaranteed fun. Aquashow is about 25 minutes away by car and has slides for all ages.

Dolphins and boat trips

From Albufeira Marina, about 10 minutes away by car, you can join dolphin-watching trips, boat tours to the sea caves and activities such as kayaking and paddleboarding. Choose a shorter trip if you are travelling with young children.

Child-friendly beaches

Back at the villa

Our villas have a private pool, outdoor space and room for everyone. Villa Namibe has table tennis and two shaded porches. A cot is available at each villa on request, so you can travel lighter.
