Villa Simão is a two-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool in Quinta da Balaia, Albufeira. It sits in a quiet, green residential area 1.5 km from Santa Eulália Beach and close to supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. Ideal for up to 4 guests.

Its central Algarve location makes day trips easy: Lagos is 40 minutes by car, Tavira 45 minutes and Lisbon about 2.5 hours. Cafés, restaurants and car hire are nearby, and Uber is readily available in the area.

- Access: parking is by the road. From there it is a short walk up to the villa along a sloping cobbled path, which can be uneven because of the pine tree roots.
- Refundable €600 deposit before arrival, returned 1 to 3 days after check-out
- Albufeira tourist tax: €2 per night per guest aged 13+ (April to October, maximum 7 nights)
- One dog up to 10 kg welcome (€25 fee)
