House rules and policies

Everything you need to know about check-in, the deposit, cancellation and house rules at Praia das Conchas villas.

Check-in: From 5 pm. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
Check-out: By 10 am.
Guest registration: All guests must be registered. Completing the guest registration form is mandatory before your stay.
Tourist tax: €2 per night per guest aged 13 or over, from April to October, up to a maximum of 7 nights (charged by Albufeira council).
Refundable deposit: €600 for Villa Simão and €1,000 for Villa Namibe, paid before check-in and returned 1 to 3 days after check-out. Deductions are only made for damage or if the house is left in a very poor state, and are always explained.
Cancellation policy: Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund if you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in. After that, the stay is non-refundable.
Children: Children of all ages are welcome. One baby up to the age of 3 stays free of charge and does not count towards the number of guests. From the age of 4, children count as guests.
Cot: One cot is available at each villa, free of charge. Please request it in advance.
Minimum age: The minimum age to check in is 23.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted.
Parties: Parties and events are not permitted.
Quiet hours: Between 11 pm and 7 am.
Pets: Allowed: €25 per pet, maximum one dog (up to 10 kg). Owners must clean up after their dog, and dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas or cushions. Both villas are fenced, but outside the villa dogs must always be kept on a lead.
Long stays: 28 nights or more, from October to May, at better rates with weekly cleaning included. See terms.
Electric vehicles: Charging electric vehicles is not permitted.
