What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 28 nights and the maximum is 3 months, between October and May. Outside this period, our standard rates and terms apply.
How much does a month cost?
It depends on the villa, the dates and the length of your stay. Send us your dates on WhatsApp or by email and we will reply with a quote.
Do I need a car?
We recommend one. The supermarket is 3 minutes away by car and the beach is 1.5 km away. Taxis and Uber are also available.
Is the villa warm in winter?
Yes. The air conditioning also provides heating, in every bedroom and the living room in both villas.
Is the pool heated?
No. The pools are not heated, so the water is cold from October to May. The garden and terrace are still lovely on sunny days.
Are utilities included?
Yes, up to €150 per month. Anything above that is charged at cost.
