They are located in Quinta da Balaia, a quiet, leafy residential area close to the beaches of Santa Eulália, Falésia and Olhos de Água.

Where are the villas?
In Quinta da Balaia, Albufeira: a quiet, green residential area just minutes from the beaches.
Do the villas have a private pool?
Yes, every villa has a private pool, garden and outdoor space.
Do I need a car?
We recommend one. The supermarket is 3 minutes by car, restaurants and beaches are close by, and a car lets you explore the region more easily.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we accept one dog up to 10 kg per booking, with a €25 fee.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable deposit is requested before arrival and returned 1 to 3 days after check-out. Deductions are only made for damage or if the house is left in a very poor state, and are always explained.
Is there a tourist tax in Albufeira?
Yes. Albufeira council charges €2 per night per guest aged 13 or over, from April to October, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
