Villa Namibe is a four-bedroom holiday villa with a private pool in Quinta da Balaia, Albufeira. It is a rustic, simple and welcoming house, designed for large families and groups of friends who want to be together while still having their own space. It is 1.5 km from Santa Eulália Beach and close to shops, cafés and restaurants.
Days are spent outdoors: a private pool surrounded by pine trees, sun loungers, a long table for alfresco meals, a barbecue, table tennis and two shaded porches. Inside, the living room with fireplace and the well-equipped kitchen are where everyone gathers in the evening.
Our second home in Quinta da Balaia
Villa Namibe was the second house in our small collection, on one of the highest and quietest spots in Quinta da Balaia. A home full of tradition and charm, where days pass slowly. Its name recalls a place that matters in our family's history.

Quinta da Balaia is one of the most peaceful residential areas in Albufeira, with wide streets, tall pine trees and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Villa Namibe sits on one of the highest and quietest spots in the estate.
Its central Algarve location makes day trips easy: Lagos is 40 minutes by car, Tavira 45 minutes and Lisbon about 2.5 hours. Cafés, restaurants and car hire are nearby, and Uber is readily available in the area.

Additional information
- Access: parking is by the road. From there it is a short walk up to the villa along a sloping cobbled path, which can be uneven because of the pine tree roots.
- Refundable €1,000 deposit before arrival, returned 1 to 3 days after check-out
- Albufeira tourist tax: €2 per night per guest aged 13+ (April to October, maximum 7 nights)
- One dog up to 10 kg welcome (€25 fee)
- Charging electric vehicles is not allowed
