Faro Airport is about 30 minutes away by car, with direct flights from across Europe, and Lisbon, with direct flights from North America, is about 2h30 by car via the A2 and A22 motorways. We recommend a car: the supermarket, beach and restaurants are only a few minutes away. Non-EU visitors can usually stay in the Schengen area for up to 90 days in any 180-day period, so please check the current entry rules before booking a longer stay.

How much does a month cost?
It depends on the villa, the dates and the length of your stay. Send us your dates on WhatsApp or by email and we will reply with a quote.
Do I need a car?
We recommend one. The supermarket is 3 minutes away by car and the beach is 1.5 km away. Taxis and Uber are also available.
Is the villa warm in winter?
Yes. The air conditioning also provides heating, in every bedroom and the living room in both villas.
Are utilities included?
Yes, up to €150 per month. Anything above that is charged at cost.
