The space

Casa Charlotte offers three comfortable bedrooms: two double bedrooms (one with the option of an extra bed) and one twin bedroom, all equipped with air conditioning. The house also has three bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for families or small groups. The living and dining area is spacious and bright, with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a fan, and a TV, creating a relaxed setting for spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation during your stay. The house also includes fast Wi-Fi (500 Mbps) and private parking, making it suitable for both holidays and longer stays in the Algarve.

Exterior

Outside, the villa features a private pool with sun loungers and a parasol, ideal for enjoying sunny days in the Algarve. The spacious garden offers plenty of room for children to play or simply relax in a calm setting. There is also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, perfect for relaxed meals in the garden.

History

Casa Charlotte is the most recent home to join our small collection in Quinta da Balaia. Its name, like the others, carries a personal connection to our story. It is a special home, created with intention, that now opens its doors to new stories and quiet moments.

Casa Charlotte is located in Quinta da Balaia, a calm residential area of Albufeira, surrounded by pine trees and green spaces. It’s a pleasant setting for walks, beach days, and quiet moments.

Just a few minutes away are beaches such as Santa Eulália and Falésia, as well as supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants. The location makes it easy to explore different parts of the Algarve, from beaches to traditional towns.

The area also offers a variety of activities, including water parks, golf, outdoor experiences, and time at sea.

Great stay and a very responsive host. The outdoor space is amazing for relaxing and the surroundings are beautiful. The barbecue was very handy and the secluded location was perfect — always peaceful, with no noise from bars, yet still within walking distance. I would recommend this place for groups of any age.

There’s a large garden where you can play basketball. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. The property is close to the beach and restaurants. A beautiful house with everything you could need.
