The space

A Villa Namibe tem um total de quatro quartos: dois no piso térreo da casa principal e dois no anexo, situado num nível inferior. No piso térreo encontra um quarto com cama de casal e casa de banho privativa, e um quarto com duas camas individuais com acesso a uma casa de banho separada. No anexo há mais dois quartos — um com cama de casal e outro com duas camas individuais — que partilham uma casa de banho e têm acesso direto a um terraço com ligação à piscina. Se necessário, é possível acrescentar duas camas extra nos quartos do anexo. No interior da casa principal encontra uma sala ampla e luminosa com sofás confortáveis, lareira, televisão e zona de refeições junto à cozinha totalmente equipada com eletrodomésticos modernos. Todas as divisões têm ar condicionado e Wi-Fi rápido (500 Mbps), permitindo combinar momentos de descanso com trabalho remoto quando necessário.

Exterior

Outside, the villa features a large private pool surrounded by pine trees and the characteristic greenery of Quinta da Balaia. Sun loungers by the pool, a large parasol, and an outdoor dining table create the perfect setting to enjoy sunny days in the Algarve. There is also a barbecue area, two covered terraces, and a small garden next to the annex, offering several quiet spaces to relax, read, or share outdoor meals with family and friends.

History

Villa Namibe was the second home to join our small collection in Quinta da Balaia, set in one of the highest and most peaceful spots in the area. Its name reflects a connection to a place with meaning in our story. Among the pine trees, it’s a space created to welcome and to create new memories.

Nearby, you’ll find beaches such as Santa Eulália, Oura, and Falésia, as well as supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants within a short distance. The area offers a range of activities, from water parks like Aquashow and Zoomarine to cycling, golf, and sea experiences.

You can also discover the more traditional Algarve in places such as Loulé, Paderne, Alte, and Silves.

This timeless villa is beautiful and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. It has so much personality, and the rooftop terrace is lovely. My family spent hours dancing, chatting, and playing ping pong up there. Ana was also very helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. We had the best 5 days here — the villa was the highlight. We’ll 100% book this place again!
