Always attentive, with great information and suggestions for places to visit — especially Praia dos Tomates and Pozzetti beach (for ice cream). Spacious accommodation, ideal for families, with parking for several cars, a pool, each bedroom with its own shower, a washing machine, sufficient kitchen equipment, easy access, welcoming and excellent for families.

Great stay and a very responsive host. The outdoor space is amazing for relaxing and the surroundings are beautiful. The barbecue was very handy and the secluded location was perfect — always peaceful, with no noise from bars, yet still within walking distance. I would recommend this place for groups of any age.

We had a wonderful time in Olhos de Água, in a spacious and well-designed villa. The kitchen was functional and we had everything we needed, including a barbecue. There’s a large garden where you can play basketball. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. The property is close to the beach and restaurants. A beautiful house with everything you could need. Great stay in Albufeira! The house matches the photos. There’s a lovely outdoor area with a pool to enjoy the Portuguese sun. We rented cars to go on excursions less than an hour away, like hiking the Seven Hanging Valleys trail. I recommend this house and host.

This timeless villa is beautiful and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. It has so much personality, and the rooftop terrace is lovely. My family spent hours dancing, chatting, and playing ping pong up there. Ana was also very helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. We had the best 5 days here — the villa was the highlight. We’ll 100% book this place again!

The location is perfect — short walk to the beach, short walk to Aldi for groceries, short walk to quiet local bars, and short walk to the Strip for more buzz. Even though it’s close to everything, it was very calm and peaceful.

This is an amazing, spacious, and charming property — perfect for a family stay, as there are plenty of activities to keep kids and teens entertained (lovely private pool). A short walk to the beach and local bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful villa in an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from the main strip. Ana was more than happy to accommodate us with early check-in and late check-out. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
